Live Church

Faith Alive will equip a total of 45 congregations with tools and insights needed to create vibrant, spiritually enriching experiences for children within congregations. Grant activities include facilitating a 12-month cohort for fifteen churches each year. The program will also participate in the global COGIC AIM Conference to engage in ecumenical dialogue and learning. Professional development workshops will be launched in partnership with industry experts, focusing on worship and ministry leadership. "Train the trainer" sessions will be hosted to equip clergy with the skills needed to mentor and train volunteers and staff within their churches. Congregational coaching will offer personalized guidance, support, and mentorship. An online platform will be developed to support resource sharing and collaboration among participating churches. In total, the program will engage 45 churches.
