Events

Throughout the year, virtual and in-person events are available to grantees. These events are intentionally designed to offer opportunities for connection, education, and support. Events planned for 2025 are listed below.

OPEN OFFICE HOURS

We host open office hours every month to offer space for grant recipients to meet with the Coordination Program team and other grantees to ask questions and receive programmatic support. Before each event, we will send out a reminder email with the Zoom link.

Participation in these events is completely optional and we are also available to connect with grantees outside of these times. Never hesitate to reach out!

Due to the size of both Initiatives, we hold separate office hours for Christian Parenting & Caregiving grantees and Nurturing Children Through Worship & Prayer grantees. Open office hours are scheduled for the following dates for each initiative and will take place from 1-2 p.m. EST.

WEBINARS

Throughout the year, we will offer a variety of webinars to help project leaders stay up-to-date with the latest grant information and best practices in program implementation. Webinar topics will range from practical grant support to special interest-based topics.

Webinar participation is optional, and we will always record the presentations so that they can be watched at a later date.

Annual Gathering

Each year, the Strengthening Ministry with Children Coordination Program hosts a gathering for project directors and their colleagues. This special three-day event is designed to spark joy and theological inspiration while offering practical and strategic programmatic support. Participants have the opportunity to gather resources, insights, and collaborative partners to navigate best practices and implementation hurdles.

Registration will be limited to two persons from each project. More information will be available in spring 2026 but for now, save the date!
