Vision Quest will create a faith-based curriculum for children 12 years and younger tailored to children's spiritual growth. Grant activities include developing a monthly intergenerational worship service that is inclusive, with a particular focus on children with disabilities. A faith-based curriculum will be created for use in local congregations. The project will also develop a program centered on interactive Bible storytelling. Worship arts workshops will be hosted to provide instruction on enhancing worship through artistic engagement. Community and congregational partnerships will be established with local churches. Ongoing evaluation will be conducted using focus groups and surveys. The UCC and UMC will serve as key collaborators and assist with recruiting churches through their networks.
