Concordia Seminary

Concordia Seminary will work to nurture children's faith formation by providing meaningful worship experiences and equip future pastors, deaconesses, current church leaders, parents, and caregivers with the tools and resources to guide children in their spiritual growth. Concordia will offer workshops in up to 30 congregations to aid pastors and church leaders with practical skills and strategies to integrate ritual music and other worship elements into children's worship experiences. In addition, Concordia will create a children's choir institute to bring music directors together from area congregations to learn how to help children lead worship.
