Christian Church in Kentucky

Christian Church in Kentuky is building the transformative impact of inclusive and engaging worship practices in children’s faith development taking place at Independence Christian Church over the past seven years. Twelve churches across the northern Kentucky and Cincinnati regions will work together to create worship resources tailored to churches of all sizes. This will incorporate the best practices accumulated over the last decade for nurturing children’s faith and prayer practices in corporate worship. Each year will prioritize a theme that will result in the creation and implementation of 12 weeks of worship curriculum. Themes include corporate worship, prayerful justice, housing, rural poverty, and creation care. Key leaders from each of the twelve churches will meet regularly and facilitate leadership gatherings, organize events and retreats, help to create and implement resources, collect feedback, and evaluate program efficacy.
