Thr Age to Age program will convene annual cohorts of eight congregations that lack full-time paid ministry staff to receive coaching and resources developed specifically for their contexts to enhance the faith formation of children. To create resources for congregations, Capital will draw on the expertise of its faculty at the university in the fields of child development, children’s education, the arts (e.g., visual, digital, musical), accessibility, and diversity, equity, and inclusion at the seminary in the field of theology.
