Children of the Liturgy will develop and adapt accessible versions of its prayer and worship liturgies—based on the 2019 Book of Common Prayer—for children ages one to twelve. Grant-funded activities will include the creation of a child-friendly edition of the Book of Common Prayer, a Children of the Liturgy workshop to train diocesan leaders and clergy in its effective use, and a Parenting with the Prayer Book workshop designed to help parents integrate home worship practices into their family life. The program will benefit all 40 churches within the Diocese.
