Child Discipleship and Faith Formation

Based in its International Children’s Ministries, the Child Discipleship and Faith Formation Initiative seeks to help parents and caregivers talk about their faith and model faith in daily family life. Through one-day training intensives, weekend retreats and online courses, the initiative will: 1) help churches create and enhance intergenerational worship and ministry opportunities; 2) support parents and caregivers in practicing faith at home; 3) produce church and home resources to attend to the spiritual dimensions of six milestone moments in a child’s life; and 4) provide grandparents and Godly Seniors with resources to share faith with their grandchildren.
